Email Syncing and backup
For those using Redtail as the CRM are you using the integrated email that will backup and store your email. (for compliance purposes). How do you like it? Does it slow your email down? How does it integrate with Redtail? Can you email from your email, and will it automatically add a note to Redtail? What other email solutions are you all using?

Hello Jennifer, I am using Redtail (RT) for all of the above and it’s been an excellent backup to Smarsh. No slowing down of my email, I’m looking at my RT Notes as I type and emails do not show as a note on mine. There is a link for email history which I use regularly. There is an email history for my calendar emails (GReminders) and phone calls (Intulse). Email through RT has been one of the better features. There are times their server is very slow, that has been less and less for me over the last six months.

Jason, I apologize for not answering your message directly. I chose Intulse, which integrates with Redtail and it has been a strong improvement to our process. The call record populates to the clients notes, regardless of their answering or not. The call length is noted as well, which helps us match up our call schedule with the planned meeting time. The stability of the calls is good as well.

It seems like Zocks is the only one with SOC 2 right now. Because you offered and I appreciate it Marcella. How did your team reconcile the lack of Zocks or the others not having the ability to record calls, other than on speaker phone? Another, specific to Zocks, how did they reconcile their statement they are not keeping data but we as the user have to go onto their site and delete, or it stays there for six years? Thanks again

Archive Systems compliant with SEC
I'm looking for an archive service to cover web, email, social media and text. Has anyone compiled a list of services that cover our industry and their price points? I find it frustrating to schedule demos without having some idea of the price points.

I use Smarsh and while the cost is not the lowest. I have found it to be easy to use and comprehensive in it's coverage.
