RingCentral + Redtail

I appreciate the response, @Louis Tranquilli! I'd heard about Intulse's Redtail integration, but Intulse is $42/user/month + $15/month for fax vs. RingCentral at $25/user/month (includes fax). That price difference is why I'm curious about how well the Redtail/RingCentral integration works.
Form CRS (Automation)
Curious if anyone has a process to track or send Form CRS when opening new accounts for existing clients. How do you ensure sure the Form gets sent out timely? Thank you. Brenda

It doesn't work for every situation, but I've added a link to our Form CRS to all of my Calendly confirmation pages AND reminder emails. So, when a client schedules an appointment, they see the link at the confirmation page (see photo) AND I've also included language in the email reminders that are sent prior to their appointment so that, even if my assistant or I put in the Calendly booking for them (in which case they wouldn't see the confirmation page), they'll still get notifications "To view a copy of GWN Securities, Inc.'s Customer Relationship Summary form, please <link>click here</link>."

A few that immediately come to mind: 1) Form CRS tracker that can accept multiple inputs (since non-advisory accounts require the form for every single recommended transaction) 2) Age-based alerts (ex: these clients will be turning 59.5 in the next year or will reach RMD age in the next year) 3) Opportunities + workflows *actually* linked so that updates in the linked workflow automatically update the opportunity's status 4) An overall-improved UI that doesn't feel so 1990s or early 2000s 5) improved bulk email system (think MailChimp or Constant Contact) • schedule ahead (write it now, send it later) • actual formatting of text, insertion of photos, etc. • post-send data (open rates, clicks, unsubscribes, etc.) • automated campaigns based on "triggers" (ex: every time a contact's status changes from "prospect" to "client," they receive a welcome email without me having to go in and manually send it)
Scheduling pain points?
I’m wondering what main pain points advisories or other meeting-oriented businesses are experiencing when it comes to scheduling meetings externally? Things like reminding clients or prospects of meetings, setting and keeping appointments for qualified leads and what solutions you’re utilizing to help with those issues?

@Russ Thornton I wish, but I meet with people almost exclusively in their homes or workplaces, so there's no way to do what you've suggested. Alas and alack ...
