Good day Caliversity Athletes! We're working on a set of new courses and need some feedback! How many days of training do you have per week? Be as specific as you are able to!
i train 3 times a week and 1 time of cardio, but those 3 workouts start at 2:30 pm and finish at 6:30 am, because I do calisthenics and then strength training in the weight room aimed at improving calisthenics, so I do a lot of volume even if only 3 times a week
