I love the cinnamon in my coffee and debloat water. I am having hard time with eating the 2 eggs and egg whites and veggies. I even lessened the portion to 1/2 cup egg whites and it was still too much. Does it get easier to eat all that food?

I saw both interviews their stories and journey’s inspire me to really get a handle on this way of eating. I’m planning to listen again to the replays place my grocery order, make my debloating water and organize my meals for the week. Then listen to the Saturday bonus day Zoom call.
Dairy in coffee?
It’s been mentioned that in addition to adding cinnamon to coffee you can have a splash of nut milk rather than dairy milk. Can I have a splash of dairy milk if it is lactose free? The splash of milk that I have has less than 2g of sugar. Thanks!

That’s a good question. I was wondering the same thing.
What is the one Fat-Burning mantra you will tell yourself at your next meal?
Is it: - I can eat more, I will lose weight in a healthy way - Protein MORE - Tasty vegetables

Protein More. I had no idea that eating so much more protein could make such a difference. I can’t wait to add more daily and see the difference it makes in my hunger and help me lose weight. This is exciting.
two questions re: low sugar
If granola is a high sugar food, what can I use in place of it when I use it for texture and crunch, like in parfaits and on breakfast cereal? Also, Greek yogurt was suggested as a good protein. Is that full-fat, low-fat or fat-free? Thanks.

@Nagina Abdullah Thank you for clarifying. I was looking at one of the Greek yogurts I have in the refrigerator and was surprised when I read how much sugar was in it. I bought Too Good Zero also vanilla and everything was better. I am learning so much.
