Very inspiring stories! Way to go!
Dairy in coffee?
It’s been mentioned that in addition to adding cinnamon to coffee you can have a splash of nut milk rather than dairy milk. Can I have a splash of dairy milk if it is lactose free? The splash of milk that I have has less than 2g of sugar. Thanks!

two questions re: low sugar
If granola is a high sugar food, what can I use in place of it when I use it for texture and crunch, like in parfaits and on breakfast cereal? Also, Greek yogurt was suggested as a good protein. Is that full-fat, low-fat or fat-free? Thanks.

I add chia seeds, hemp seeds and sprouted pumpkin seeds to my Oikos Pro 20g yogurt. The seeds definitely supply the crunch factor. I top with blueberries and sometimes raspberries. This breakfast gives me 28g of protein.
