Reed sorting
Reed sorting day. Do you all have such a day once in a while? Wich ones are good, wich ones can go and then I sort them in pitch, sound and flexibility. ( is it normal in other countries to play pitch 442 in wind orchestras and 440 or lower in symphonie and baroque?)

@Magda Prins-Nip I have the exact same assembly of reed cases as you 😀 I love reed try days, cracking some necks of old ones and caring for the ones that stay. I sort them by seasons and hope the got back to life in a year... I live in Switzerland and I play 442 in symphonic orchestra AND wind band. Only with organs involved I play deeper pitches. I don't have much baroque experience though.
