For me - it’s to get 200g of protein in every single day as a non-negotiable. Most of it is from whole food sources but will have 1scoop of whey (20g protein) and 1 scoop of collagen (12g protein) with 5g creatine to start the day off with 32g Protein. Always keep a few All Real protein bars handy in case I’m stuck. Plenty of mince, steak, chicken and always make more of whatever dinner we are cooking for lunch the next day

I have: 1 A job that I genuinely enjoy - I love teaching and have a foot in middle management as Year Head to 170 students and am doing a post grad in school leadership 2 A great family and a nice home 3 Good relationships with family and friends I want: 1 To continue to to work towards my fitness goals: Sub 22 min 5km Sub 90 min hyrox Sub 90kg BW Currently sitting at 95.3kg from a high of 119kg in 2010. Both times my sons were born my weight went from 100kg to 109kg. I seem to have it cracked now with training and nutrition and the sleep is improving as the boys are getting older. 2 to be a great role model for my two sons - to show them that working hard on your body, your mind and how you treat people is a life long process 3 to work towards career progression and hopefully go for and get a Deputy Principal job in the next 5 years.
