Need help with my agent asap
I am not sure if this is the right spot but I am running into some issues with my outbound agent that collects donations for non-profits. So, the first practice round today the AI was warmer, and spoke a little faster and handled the call better I think. The problem I ran into was the close of the conversation, she just said "goodbye" abruptly and hung up. So I am trying to fix the prompt and added more stuff for the closing of the call and whatever else, and now I try it and she is more robotic, not as warm, was speaking slower, and still just ended the call abruptly, even though she is supposed to repeat and ensure accuracy of my phone number, and she doesn't reinforce the ask for the donation, and misunderstands me sometimes and assumes I am saying that I don't want to donate right now. Can anyone help me please? I am especially concerned with why even though I added to the prompt or changed the ending why she changed so much and still does not end the call the way I tell her to, she just says "goodbye."
