Hey everyone, I am new to AI but have been learning tools and everything the last several months, yet I still feel brand new, maybe because I didn't have a ton of computer knowledge to begin with. I have a question that I am struggling with in my head...How do clients react to the voice agent being an AI? I want my agent to sound as human and natural as possible, but there is still this AI feel to it, and also in Alejo's videos he says "This is Alejo's AI assistant." When you tell people it is an AI they are talking to I worry it would make the call less appealing or trustworthy especially in the non-profit sector where you are asking for donations in a sense, I am little worried about the response or people's feelings around AI in general. Can I get some feedback please??
