We just wrapped up spring break where I’m from. 2 whole weeks the kids being home!!! I finally made it to the gym- did a 30min run/walk combo and did a variation of workout #1. I did 4 rounds in 10 minutes 9-15-21 up downs, push press and goblet squat.

Hi everyone! Im from Chilliwack, BC 🇨🇦 I have 3 kids- oldest is 7 and youngest is 1. It’s time to get out of my slump and get back on track with health and fitness! My favorite ice cream flavour will forever be Oreo but with the Oreo chunks! Favorite show is a toss up between The Office/Parks N Rec and we’re currently streaming Always Sunny in Philadelphia. One goal I have is to run 5k on the treadmill. I’ve always hated running due to shin splits and my lack of endurance. Recently I’ve invested in a good pair of running shoes and orthotics so I am Determined so far
