If you struggle to with muscle imbalances and uneven growth in the gym and in your workouts.. You should try: // Doing more unilateral exercises (one side at a time exercises) So, that way there is no muscle that is overtaking another muscle.. // In my case I don’t have this problem but if you do, maybe try this out.. I will go more in depth into this if you: 1. Actually have this problem yourself 2. You actually want more info on this In that case I will come do more research on how to do it and come back to you my bro 👊 to tell how how to do it in short See You Next TIP!

#TIP On Sleep
This is just a tip for sleeping positions for bros that have scoliosis.. Just to get this out of the way, there is no empirical evidence that sleep will make your scoliosis worse, so don't shit your pants worrying what position to sleep in to not clap your scoliosis. (Sleep in the position that works 4 you to get good sleep): Actionable Steps: 1. use pillow not big enough to not jut head forward 2. choose what position to sleep on (Front/Side/Back) 3. if chose side sleeping, sleep on concave side if you have C-curve, but any side for S-curve but put towel under convex side of second curve 4. if chose front sleeping, put pillows under tummy/pelvis area 5. if chose back sleeping, (can choose to) put pillows/cuishin under knees // when sleeping with a pillow. Make sure its not too big that it juts your head out of alignment with your body and your chin going towards chest. This can cause multiple problems, & even block your airway // Sleeping positions that may not be the best 4 u: 1. Sleeping on your front 2. Sleeping on your side But if these positions work for u, stick to them, these are the things that can be done to compensate for these positions and actually make these positions awesome for your scoliosis: // Sleeping On Your Front: Take 2 Pillows, stack them on top of each other and put them (horizontally) under your tummy/pelvis area. (this prevents the lower back being too arched, just make sure use pillow size(z) that does not make you go too high) // Sleeping on Your Side: For C-curve dudes, since its just one curve, sleep on the concave side of the scoliosis e.g. if your scoliosis from the back view bends to the left, that means its concave on the right, so sleep on your right, For S-curve dudes, since its two curves, you can sleep on any side, just make sure to plop a rolled towel under, or close to the curve that is on its convex side to better align the Spine. e.g. from a back view, your spine bends to left in the upper bend, but to the right in the lower bend,
