Struggling artist hits $10k/month with 1 solution
Meet @Samuel Earp. A husband and father of 2 & an online art teacher from New Zealand. Last February he was teaching painting online but struggling financially. He was barely making $2,000/month but had an entire family to feed + bills to pay. Sam knew he needed help, and saw all the people I had already helped. After just a 30 minute phone call, he hired me to help him get his business dialed in. His dream? Make $10,000/month by teaching people how to paint better. The first question Sam asked me was: “What’s wrong with my offer? I’m not making many sales.” For the next few hours we dove deep into his business to see what needed fixing. We refined his offer, optimized his content, and got clear on the exact messaging to attract his dream client avatar. It’s now been less than 6 months since he’s been working with me, and he’s just hit his first $10k month - teaching people how to paint! I helped Sam: - Launch a successful 1:1 high-ticket coaching program - Launch a low ticket Skool membership - Increase engagement in his free Skool community …all of which is now allowing him to make $10,000/m online as an artist and take care of his family with no financial stress. If you want the exact same sort of help Sam got from me... And you want to become my next success story... Schedule the same complimentary call that Sam did right here and if it makes sense to work together, I’ll personally work with you to get results like Sam ASAP. This call is completely free and there's nothing for sale on the call - you're not even allowed to buy anything on the call even if you wanted to! This call is purely to see IF it makes sense to work together. And if it does, we'll schedule in a longer call to chat details. Cheers,

analysis paralysis
I got an email from one of my subs recently, which then led to being asked a question on LinkedIn (see attached) If one person has a barrier, it's not unusual for others to face the same problem. So, let's delve into some solutions. But first... what the hell is analysis paralysis? Quite simply, it is a state of being unable to decide due to overthinking or over-analysing a situation. We have all faced it at some point. However, it's not always clear when it is happening as we can distract ourselves with vices of varying kinds. There are varying reasons why it occurs. Sometimes when faced with too many variables, or you may be afraid of making the wrong choices. It can be a common issue for both leaders and teams. This leads to delays and negatively impacts business outcomes, whilst playing heavily on your overall mental state. Some causes of analysis paralysis include: ➡️ Overthinking: Ruminating on past events, worst-case scenarios, and potential future outcomes ➡️ Anxiety: Fear of making the wrong decision can cause paralysis ➡️ Impostor syndrome: Feeling like you need to be a perfectionist at work can lead to analysis paralysis ➡️ Too much data: Trying to process too much data can cause analysis paralysis So how the heck do we deal with it when it occurs? Well, it's a little more complicated than simple steps as it depends on the cause primarily. That being said, let's delve into some solutions... 1) Clarify Your Vision and Objectives Why you’re acting is as important as what you’re doing. A common cause of this is a misalignment of goals. So start by being crystal clear on your long-term vision. Then break it down further into achievable objectives. When your vision is clear, it provides a sense of purpose that drives immediate action. The clearer the path, the less room there is for overthinking. Actionable Tip: Define your 1-year goal. Then, break it into quarterly, monthly, and weekly milestones. These smaller goals give you something to immediately work on, reducing the scope of what you have to consider.

@Emily Watson absolutely. You got this 💪
Hormozi gets it.
Sell. What. Sells! When it comes to high ticket there are only 4 things that sell. 1. Relationships. 2. Beauty. 3. Wealth. 4. Chronic physical pain relief. Everytime I mention this fact, beginners get upset. My advice? Get upset AFTER you make a high ticket sale. Not before. Interesting observation: My beginner clients who listen and sell what sells NEVER come back after making sales to tell me how they're sad about making $10,000+/month. And look: Just because you sell what sells, doesn't mean you can't still make content about whatever you wanna talk about! Just because you sell what sells, doesn't mean you can't still coach people about whatever you wanna coach people on. Selling what sells just means the actual cash transaction between the buyer & you is predicated on getting them one of the above 4 results. And you can still get them what THEY want while doing whatever you want. Learn to play with words. Copywriting and sales is a beautiful world. Ted

Be unashamedly passionate about making bank Stop seeing it as a dirty mistress
This one math equation will make you rich.
I failed math class in highschool. I got a big fat red "F" on my report card. Didn't show my parents. Dad would have killed me. Mom would have cried. Got an A+ in writing, though ;) Anyways, I got an F in math class for two stupid reasons: 1) My teacher never added a dollar sign next to any of the numbers so it all felt pointless to me. Example: Teacher: What's 500 + 500? 1,000. Me: So? Who cares? Me now: What's $500 + $500? $1,000! Ooo! $1,000! 🤑 2) We weren't allowed to use a calculator. I'm 34 now and I still use a calculator for nearly every equation. Keeps me accurate. So, what's the one equation that made me rich? Take out your calculator now and let's do the some math right with some dollar signs attached! This is the equation that made me realize selling high ticket is superior to selling low ticket when your goal is to get rich ASAP. Ready? Let's go. If your goal is to make $1,0000,000 and you have a $10 course/e book, how many sales do you need to make? Use your calculator. The answer is INSANE. I won't spoil it for you. Now if your goal is to make $1,000,000 and you have a $10,000 program, how many sales do you need to make? Use your calculator. The answer appears much more doable, right? That's because it is. Finding 100 people to sell a $10,000 program to is not hard. ESPECIALLY when you realize that 1 out of every 4 phone calls results in a sale. That means you're only 400 calls away from a milly! The hard part about high ticket is wrapping your head around the idea of selling a $10,000 program. The hard part overcoming the limiting beliefs you've been programmed with since before you could even speak. The hard part is saying "ten thousand dollars" when someone asks you how much your program costs. But the actual making of and selling a $10,000 program to 100 people is not hard. We do it all the time. It's all the mental stories you keep telling yourself that makes it hard. If you want to take my mental reprogramming course to reprogram yourself to think like a millionaire, just comment MILLIONS below and I'll send it over for free 😊
