Just received my Tea y’all ! And I’m so excited and can’t wait to start kicking this anxiety, stress and depression in the Butt ! 🙌🏼💪🏼

Sorry but I just need to vent for a second . People are truly draining ! I’m starting to realize when ppl upset me my anxiety gets worse. My day could be going great and I let ppl get to me and turn my whole day upside down. I just wish I didn’t care soo much but I do. I wish I could just put me first and stop being a ppl pleaser. I say all this to say Ppl and stress cause anxiety! I need to learn how to say no and don’t care after I say it . Sorry I just needed to get that off of my chest.

Might be a dumb question But How do you suggest we combine them ? The teas it self or one cup of each a day ?

I haven’t gotten my tea yet but I’m curious to know if this tea has helped with the anxiety a lot Also if it has helped with depression

Does anyone continue to lose weight with out trying ? 😭 I keep eating as much as I can , I know my depression , anxiety and stress is bad but I wasn’t sure if I’m the only one who’s dropping crazy weight with out trying 🥺
