Love it. I'm on Carnivore so the rice gets left out. Great meal nonetheless.
Here is what I have learned from 1stman in the last 3 years....
Women's Peak is Guaranteed, but Men's Peak is not. 70%+ men after the age of 30 are unhappy. Men Grow up and they find out shit I want these clothes, this house and I wanna Travel that Country. But as they are in their 30s they go through midlife crises. Men have only two weapons that they need to master and that's paitence and discipline. Every man is going to be rich one day. Don't panic, Don't rush the process----Embrace it! You think smoking weed and doing cocaine are the best shit to get high. Try Optimism (The best drug I have personally tried) Don't worry about women's attention. Men are so lucky that they are able to attract a beautiful woman at every single stage of their lives. Avoid the shit party lifestyle and focus on your big goal. If all the guys around your age are making millions don't get mentally fucked. You'll be there in the next 5 years. Men who think in decades are the most dangerous. Get inspired form movies and think for the whole week, "am I gonna get that level? How? The answer is in the work that You are avoiding." Enjoy the journey to your male advantage. Play the long game baby. If you get tired don't quit just take a break. (Breaks are better than quitting.) Men who play well enough are old enough. So you can achieve male advantage earlier in life. Just play the long-term game and play it well enough. (sports) Try and Fail early in life. Remember, a 60-year-old businessman has three times more chances of success in business than those in their 30s or 40s. Men who are good at their jobs will be better entrepreneurs. Remember the great male filter. Don't fuck your life on a job. A job is not your purpose your purpose is big. Men with high values play the long game. Focus on your values and have rules in your life. Rules you won't break. There is no tomorrow. Tomorrow is not guaranteed, All you have got is today. (Improve yourself Today) Find your reason to wake up in the morning guys. This Gen Z, They don't know who and need father figures, They haven't figured out how to make money. So, They seek father figures to tell them What to dO.

Arjun Dokal - Introduction pOST
Hey, I’m Arjun I live in London and my goal is to heal from childhood trauma and attract more beautiful women with similar interests. I want to get these 3 things from this community: 1.  I want to make friends that are also on the male advantage journey and connect in real life 2. Advice on where to meet women as a 23 year old with no other friends on the male advantage journey 3.  How to leverage my existing advantages like wealth to attract women (if you have wealth, what are the best ways to leverage it to attract women) My biggest struggles are: 1. Working through childhood trauma  2.  Finding women and attracting them into my life 3.  Making friends on a similar journey

Welcome to the community Arjun!
Communication guide
HOW TO SPEAK: (The four P's) 38% OF COMMUNICATION is HOW YOU SAY STUFF. PASSION: 👌 Animation: Make it known that whatever you're talking about you're exited about, even if you're not. Energy: Be energetic! It's so CONTAGIOUS and spreads from person to person. Emotion: Why does the person with the sob story always win? They bring emotion into the mix. If you speak about something with anger, like how the education system is messed up you'll get people interested. PACE: 🏃 Speed: Slow down for suspense and be weary of your speed and try to speak at a natural pace. If your words aren't coming to you, slow down. POWER: 💪 Volume: Being quiet makes you WEAK when talking to people and being too loud makes you cocky. Try and hit that sweet spot where you're confident with your voice but not too billowy or overpowering. Posture: Make yourself TALL and keep your head up, it makes you speak with AUTHORITY. This also helps miles with your psychology and makes you feel more CONFIDENT internally. PAUSE: ⏸️ Organise: Pauses give you time to organise your mind, calm your panic and slow down your pace. Attention: Pausing is great at grabbing people's attention and highlighting an important point in your speech. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BODY LANGUAGE: (F.A.M.E) FACE: 😃 Smile: Remember to smile, it brings joy and removes negativity from your speech. Smiling is also contagious and can bring joy into everyone's lives: think about the last time someone smiled at you while walking past, you probably did something nice that day, right? Tilt: Keep your head up and never look at the floor. It radiates confidence and makes you hold yourself to a higher standard, something that everyone can admire.
