What didn't go so well and want improvment on this month? What are your goals? WHY do you want to achieve these goals? What is currently in your way from achieving them? Scale 1-10, How committed are you to these goals? Scale 1-10, How willing are you to get uncomfortable? At the end of June, what would a successful month look like to you? Example: What would you have accomplished? What were your wins? How hard can I push you? What do you need from me in order to ensure we make this happen? ____ Have you seen my trainings on setting non negotiables? I know some of you are avoiding it -- GET ER DONE.

What went well last month? Figured out one of my triggers to stress eat is my daughter. She has some ADHD with emotional problems/regulation so when she is "doing her thing" then I tend to eat What didn't go so well and want improvement on this month? Sticking to meat/veggies/healthy fat What are your goals? Just did a Reboot-felt really good, lost 3 pounds but was also on my period so that might have affected it. Lose 7 more pounds this month. Keep doing I Am statement every day, write things down in journal and check mark everything when complete. WHY do you want to achieve these goals? I've already cut back on antianxiety med and would like to continue to cut it down. Smaller stomach=looks better What is currently in your way from achieving them? Being influence by others when I see people eating what they want, commercials, I see it, I want it Scale 1-10, How committed are you to these goals? 7 Scale 1-10, How willing are you to get uncomfortable? 6 At the end of June, what would a successful month look like to you? Lost 10 pounds total, 90% meat/veggies and gave myself grace when didn't do it How hard can I push you? 10 What do you need from me in order to ensure we make this happen? Daily action steps, accountability
