How you all doing out there?
Hello all. Just reaching out to check in on how you are finding the courses so far. I would love to hear your feedback. 🤍 For those of you doing the beginner course can I ask a few quick questions? 1 thing you found helpful? 1 thing that was new information for you regarding how you work? 1 thing you need help with going forward? For those of you doing foundations of flow can I ask how many times you have done the first session and if the supporting documents are helpful? Look forward to hearing from you all soon.

Hiya Jo - I've done the first Foundations of Flow 3 or 4 times and each repitition there is something new there. What I'm remembering and loving is that some of the treasure is repitition and noticing changes in my body - legs and middle back. It's also making my personal home practice more consistent again, so noticing engagement/attention/commitment 'flow' on effect too.
