Why Are We Really Here?
A lot of people underestimate how hard it is to help people achieve their dreams. Especially if we're coaching them to level up through acquiring new skills or removing roadblocks. Bottom line: Helping people change their lives is extremely difficult. Why is this important? because I think far too often building a business online has become about marketing, offers, copywriting and closing the deal, and NOT about how to make the best product in the marketplace. We are all encouraged to use the internet to build our dream lives by selling products, but so phew people talk about how do you create an AMAZING product. In fact most of the advice is that you already have everything you need to start a business, they say -- "you just need to help someone a few steps behind you". Which is really only partially true. Being slightly ahead of someone else doesn't really mean you know how to coach them to get to where you are now. It doesn't mean you can't figure it out either, but don't fool yourself that it's going to be easy. You can put material in a course, and you can learn how to sell it. You can even get 100 clients, but that doesn't mean you have a good product. Without a good product that REALLY works you will eventually fail. That early momentum you had, the 5-10 clients you had, that will all go away if you can't eventually develop and improve your product so that it's really really really good. How often have you received a testimonial only to feel deep inside that this person is just doing you a favor? I had lots of those in the beginning, "Yea, Stephen is a great guy, loved working with him" -- this is a testimonial from someone who "likes" you, not someone that really loved your product. People might like you, and they may not regret working with you, but do they really rave to others about your product? So you have to ask yourself why you mostly focus on marketing and closing deals and not on customer success. Sometimes even when we're experts we don't always know what will make our customers successful. But you have to start thinking about it, you have to start taking repeated and sustained actions to improve your product and figure it out.

Thanks Stephen! This is a good reminder as we can definitely get caught into creating offers, marketing details and trying to sale. I feel that sometimes, I'm doing way too much of that vs actually building and improving my automation products!

@Jeffrey Buoncristiano Do you use a Google business account or just a regular GMail account?
I need your help, community.
I have a question: Does anyone know any good and simple, fun productivity app that is 100% free, easy to use, and open-source? If you do know, please tell me. I have been testing a few, and I don't like them. I need one for my self-improvement and to help me become a new person.

I’ve tried many in that quest and I settled on ClickUp but I found out that it is not so much the app that will make a difference as they are all pretty good. It is more me putting the effort, focusing and being consistent with my tasks avoiding distractions that will make the difference
YouTube AI ChapterBot With Make.com (full tutorial)
This is a FULL tutorial, nothing is left out! But if you do want easy access to the Airtable base and Make blueprints, join the No-Code Architects. 27 spots left at $80 /month (lock in for life). In this video I'll show you how to fully automate your YouTube video chapters. From scratch. We'll set up the Make automation to download the transcript, analyze with AI (Claude) to extract the chapters, and then finally update the YouTube description. 100% automatically! The is a full tutorial end to end! I show everything in the video. It uses OCodeKit which is pretty cool and allows you to use code in your automations. We'll learn more about this as we go. If code intimidates you, no worries, this code was written by ChatGPT!

@Scott Bogdan Yes Youtube did change the payload you initially receive from the GET request. Now they are loading the "useful" data with a second request made from a script. The Regex is still valid but just the link that it is supposed to find is not loaded in that initial payload and that is why it doesn't find it. I haven't figured out the script and endpoint the we could maybe use to get the payload containing the same transcript url. I have found an alternative solution but I don't know how reliable it is yet (also it is a third party API, I don't know how sustainable it will be.

@Scott Bogdan I'm not sure about the Youtube API as I haven't got into the implementation either. I know that youtubetranscript.com is having the same trouble as my automation has since Youtube changed its way of providing the information. I found an alternative way though and sent you a DM.
Automation Stripe/PayPal/Systeme IO
I am looking for some possible solutions to automate the setup of Cloned funnels in Systeme. These funnels sell 11products total and have the option of using PayPal integration with Systeme, but in order to offer payment options the product and payment links must be created in Stripe. I found a YouTube on using Airtable and Zapier to create products, prices and links. So I need to work that out but am wondering if someone has done funnel setup automation in Systeme io.

The share funnel in système is pretty robust in my opinion and does what it is supposed to do. I think your issue is because you need to make the personalization work within your clients accounts if I understand correctly (funnel email domain name, funnel steps url, personalizing pages maybe) I think the share funnel is better suited if your customer was to follow a step by step process video and do it by themselves. That being said, you can probably automate a bit of what you want to do with a tool like axiom.ai which is a browser automation tool.

@Stephen G. Pope It has been stable so far. I use it standalone in for a specific automation with their internal scheduler. I'm going to integrate it in some new scenarios. I can report back!
