A video of me doing hill sprints.
How's my form. The video is shot in slow motion.

Form looks good from the lower half. Try to not arch your back or tilt your head back as you’re running. You want to keep everything in line from head to pelvis. Let me know if you’d like an example

Run Faster Without Running 👀
This is a great video I thought many people can benefit from. Personally I dont pay too much attention to arm swing but I need to as it makes a HUGE difference.

Carl Lewis is a BEAST and great teacher. I used to hear “hips to lips” referring to where the thumb should be, but this method allows more range of motion and power from the shoulder area

Consistency and Discipline: Your Keys to Success!
What’s up y’all?! Happy Monday! I wanted to touch on a topic that I feel is very important for people to know and that pertains to this community a lot. Now we all love that burst of motivation, but true success in any area of life comes from consistency and discipline. Consistency matters because consistency builds habits. Small, daily actions add up over time, creating significant results. Whether it’s fitness, work, or personal goals, showing up regularly is crucial. Discipline plays a little bit of a different role. It’s like your inner coach. It’s what keeps you going when motivation fades. On tough days, discipline reminds you of your goals and pushes you to take action. Having a routine can be so powerful! A routine makes it easier to stay on track. Set schedules, plan ahead, and eliminate constant decision-making. This helps maintain your focus and commitment. As the late great Nipsey Hussle used to say success is a marathon, not a sprint. Quick fixes may bring temporary results, but long-term success comes from consistent effort and disciplined actions. Show up every day, put in the work, and trust the process. Lean on your discipline and stay consistent. You’ll be amazed at how far you can go in every aspect of life. Keep pushing and stay strong!
