NEW Feature - you can earn more now😎
This may have unlocked the easiest way for beginners to start making money. You start with a free community. You use it as a lead magnet, making it easier to get your first few members. You build relationships with every member through community, DMs, and calls. You use the free community to become better at your skill. You're positioned as an authority, because you're the creator of the community. You speak to the people in the community, to figure out their problems/goals. Then when the time is right you monetize by charging people one-time. You can use it to unlock a course. Or you can sell a done-for-you service or 1 on 1 coaching which may be easier to sell if you're just getting started. This feature is now released. Check your classroom, it's there.

@Jj Kremer thanks for your perspective. I’m quite engaged in several real estate and lending FB groups but don’t have an audience whatsoever. Therefore I’ve been watching quite a few pro and con Skool YouTube’s and I’m leaning toward the free Facebook group especially after seeing this video: https://youtu.be/w8x-ACnTD14 by ItsKeaton. He mentions quite a few pros for a free FB group over Skool if one chooses to open a free Skool community. One, it’s free! Two, 5B+ people are already on Facebook, therefore a new group is way more searchable and discoverable and I can invite my currently 3k+ friends. I’m thinking to open one paid Skool community and invite and promote to everyone in my LinkedIn and FB groups and beyond. In a nutshell: siphon off Facebook ready followers to my paid Skool community who are ready to step up and pay for my personal guidance, knowledge, skills and value. What you say?

@Jj Kremer I’m with Pace in Gator 🐊 Interesting advice. I’ll reflect on that 🤔
We just landed in Vienna with the team - A question for you
First, hello to @Christian Zikes who's also from Austria👋 (I hope to meet you) Fun fact, in Vienna's airport there's a lounge for people who mistake Australia with Austria:) (Unlucky) For the last 2 months, we were in Bangkok and Phuket, Thailand... It was beautiful and colorful, however, it's not a place where to stay if you want to build magnificent long-lasting things that empower the world... Your environment matters more than we even realize. Thailand is a great "play" place where you can go on an adventure, but when you're in a season of creation and execution, you have to be in a place that supports the creation & execution. The next 3 months for us, as a team, and as a community will be big. We'll do something we've been wanting to do for a long time... 1. Set a base in a European country that's calm, "royal" and inspiring 2. Push out content on a large scale and document the journey behind building and growing communities (both bad and great moments - RAW footage) 3. Participate in skool.com games (the largest community competition in the world) We'll do this in the name of going above and beyond our limits, building something bigger than ourselves so we can fulfill our mission: to make successful paid communities accessible to anyone. Updates will be here. Also, we just added a second time for the mastermind in the #classroom so more of you can participate in those. + Attaching you a few photos of the glamorous Vienna. It's a new week, a new chance to see what we're capable of!!! What is your No 1 priority this week? @Tanya Monuma @Chelsea Fazio @Neil Morgan @Christian Zikes @Matthew Heller @Dan Remon @Tony Klein @Kenneth Breeze @Patriks Terauds @Candice Esposito @Buddy Lewis @Clinton Skinner @Andrew Bird @Sangharsh Gaikwad @Haley Wilson @Sam Gute-Rogers @Torbjörn Strand @Hans Christian Elbah Fiirgaard @Aman Lata

Our No.1 priority is to ditch all the distractions and shiny objects that have built up over time. For that we will brainstorm all our interesting business models (land, acquisitions & developments, private capital lending, startup-, eCommerce- and business consulting and a few more) using SWOT, SMART, busines model canvas, scribbling and Jam-boards to gain more clarity on the pros and cons of each venture. The goal is to eliminate all but model. This might take a week or two but it’s worth it. Energy and focus must flow in one direction. As most of us know, this might sound easy but as entrepreneurs we love distractions, new shiny objects and challenges that are more interesting than working through the inevitable boring problems or activities that lie ahead of any venture we choose and must be done. 😎

I agree with @Neil Morgan From many YouTube videos I’ve learned that the video can be raw and unedited but great audio is a must 👍
