4 Levels of "Performance" - which one you choose?
First - we saw that some of you guys asked about Friday’s mastermind. It seems that there was a technical issue with it. To make sure it does not happen again, please go to #calendar and add the new weekly community calls time to your calendars. In this way, you’ll see in your calendar the exact day, time, and place of the mastermind. Second, we’ve been working intensely on really epic paid communities for our clients in our agency in the backend- that means, we’ll have some cool stuff to show you guys here that you’ll not see in any other course, social media video, etc. about paid communities. In the last 10 days after the accident, my team and I took our mission really seriously “make successful paid communities accessible to anyone” working our “asses off” on answering one single question: “What are we capable of?” Why is this such a profound question? Recently, I had a call with one of our clients who’s a leadership and high-performance coach whom I hired. And one of the first things he made me realize is that there are 4 levels to performance: 1. Low-performance - the prisoners who think they "have to do it" 2. Performance - the mercenaries who "want to do it" 3. High-performance - the missionaries who have a mission "to fulfill" and usually strive to become the best in a specific industry or on a personal level, become the best in the team, but there's a problem with high-performance because we limit ourselves by focusing on beating somebody not discovering what we're really capable of. Often when we become the best, and reach that goal, we still find our minds unsettled with the question in mind "What's my full potential?". This question only can be answered once we go beyond high performance. 4. Magic performance: this is the performance that brings us that feeling of being in the flow, being lost, not feeling time passing by. You probably have felt this type of performance at least once in your life, right? This level of performance solely focuses on one question: what am I truly capable of? Without focusing on becoming the best in the team or the best in the industry.

Agreed. We need to focus on our flow zone. In order to do that, we need to be able to narrow in on what it is we do best and delegate the rest. It takes a team of amazing people.
All the wins count. Look for the miracles
I am sharing this as a win, because I feel like momentum like the one I am on now is directly related to success in all areas of life including business. The community I am building revolves around teaching ourselves how to reprogram our mind from the old patterns that keep us from achieving great things. Because I believe so deeply in the power of community and the importance of eradicating limiting beliefs, and choosing thought patterns that are conducive to growth, I offer best practices to allow us to reach our goals. One of those practices is daily gratitude and being on the lookout for the “mini miracles”. So on a daily basis, I wake up before everyone else, I meditate, I journal, I exercise and I connect with my highest potential. I also ask powerful questions that will allow me to get answers to the things I need help with. This group happens to be the answer to a question I have been asking: How can I channel the right people into my life. People who will help me grow and get my business goals met. 🥂Let’s keep each other accountable and make this happen!

Inviting people to join the team (affiliates)
I have a network of people I think would be interested in creating their own community. @Jj Kremer How does the affiliate commission work? Do I need to start having paying members? And how does this sound: "I hope you're doing well! I wanted to share something exciting that I’ve recently started. I’ve just launched a new community aimed at helping high-achieving professional women get rid of stress and burnout by establishing a wellness routine they can stick to without sacrificing their career or personal responsibilities. It’s an amazing support system, and I'm already seeing a lot of interest. I’ve booked several discovery calls and anticipate an amazing turnout. Given your incredible energy and passion, I think you would be perfect at building a community of your own. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, I have an affiliate link I can share with you. You’ll get step-by-step guidance for a smooth transition into it and a free 14-day trial. It’s a fantastic opportunity to create something impactful and supportive for others while also building a rewarding endeavor for yourself. Here’s what mine looks like so far: www.zennya.ca/innershiftacademy Let me know if it’s something you’d be interested in!"

@Jj Kremer Thank you! I thought to mention step by step because I figured they could automatically join the Skool group to get training during their free trial. Is that the case? Will they get support?
In 48 Hours: Met Royal Family Member & Almost Died
48 hours ago I got in a massive accident on the road in Phuket, Thailand, and almost died. But it didn't start that way... It was a beautiful Saturday, We went to some of the most magical beaches, and viewpoints visited the big Buddha, enjoyed the most magnificent sunset, and fire show by the beach, and even had an evening together with Saudi Arabia's Royal family member (I don't know how that happened, but we spend 4h together) But then from nowhere - the show lights turned OFF and I got into a huge accident (the driver from the back kicked me, and I fell over the walls of the hill and almost fell down the hill)🚑)🚑)🚑 The rest I didn't remember, I was unconscious. I am grateful that I only got scratches on the head and a high concussion because as the doctors/ other people said in 80% of cases, people would die. As of writing this - I believe I am writing it from my second life. The following saying hits me 2x stronger because... "everyone has two lives. The second one starts once you realize you've only one." - 🤯 48 hours ago my second life started physically, today waking up consciously I can say my second life mentally starts today. I haven't felt this clear and sharp about who I am and what I want to contribute to the world. Sometimes shit needs to hit the storm in order for you to come to a few realizations. When I woke up, I remembered absolutely almost nothing, and I viewed it as a gift. A gift that I am leaving in the past and focusing on the present to make the absolute best future not just for myself but for the people around me. In my current chapter in life - I am completely determined to MAKE SUCCESSFUL PAID COMMUNITIES ACCESSIBLE TO ANYONE so people can find the key missing people in their lives to change their lives and operate with their fullest potential. I'll be back in my workplace soon 100%. I am hungry, determined, and elevated. There's no more old JJ, there's only the new one - ELEVATED VERSION. Here are a few key principles I thought through today and will adopt:

@Jj Kremer I have been sending you light every day. You are such a strong person 🙏🏽
Are you satisfied with where you are in life?
I can say that I am living the life of my dreams. Does it mean I am rich? Does it mean I have everything working in my favor? Does it mean I have a lot of support from family and friends? Does it mean I have a business that is thriving, financially or otherwise? No. Definitely not. When I say that I am living the life of my dreams, it means I am learning to be thankful of all the lessons I have learned, the mistakes I have made and the many friends I have lost I am living the life of my dreams because I have a small circle of people who love me for who I am and I enjoy the journey rather than focus on the destination. But, the only way I can say that I am living the life of my dreams is because I reached a point in my life where I said, enough is enough and I decided to change the input because my output wasn't what I wanted. Just remember, if you don't like the output, I think it may be time to consider changing the input. Your future self will thank you for making that decision.

Well said @Neil Morgan The life of our dreams is within

@Neil Morgan Yes! When we finally realize that our happiness doesn’t depend on external events and people’s opinion, we become more aware of how our thoughts affect our reality.
