Biljana....I used Theralase when I was in practice. I used it for 15 years and it is still being used in my old practice which I left 3 years ago. I had it serviced only once. It also comes with a stand that allowed the wand to be held so in theory it didn't require a staff person. But i had a staff person stay with the patient. I believe I spent $19,000. but I got all the bells and whistles which I never used. I think the basic unit was about $15,000. I think I heard Theralase has built a new update from the model I had.
