Hi Najib - It's Kalpana from the UK here. I have recently started intermittent fasting as I work out 3 x week, and walk around 10k daily, but still have not seeing results with belly fat. I have completed Wildfit in 2022 and was impressed with results, especially with joint pains and weight loss, but I found the food too restrictive. I did another similar 90 day program beginning of Jan 2023, and I achieved my goal weight, however, I don't believe the calorie restrictions were sustainable especially after going on holiday or summer gatherings and celebrations. I still do not eat bread, pasta, High GI carbs, and limit Indian food to special occasions. For the past 2 weeks I been on 16:8, let's see how that goes. I keep yo-yoing between 69kg and 67kg. I want to lose about 5kg. I do like intermittent fasting as I am free to eat what I like (but without any junk food or high carbs), and the great thing is I don't feel like snacking on nuts and dark chocolate the way I used to, so that was interesting to observe. I am really interested to find out more intermittent fasting and how effective and sustainable it really is. Let's see how it goes. Kalpana 😉
