Hi guys. Lately I’ve been really going through it. So stressed out, so overwhelmed and no energy. I have a one year old and I want to have more energy but sometimes I just want to LAY down and be alone . my anxiety has been so bad , my thoughts race constantly I feel so crazy sometimes. I just really want to know what it’s like to be normal . It’s been this way ever since I was a teenager but it’s just gotten worse since having my daughter. I was working out a few months ago and that still wasn’t helping. I just hope I’m not the only one … just venting here .

Hi guys I’m new here on day two of anxiety free tea. I am one year post partum and had anxiety and depression prior but since the baby it has gotten so much worse I feel so crazy sometimes . I’m so tired and drained and just over this. Ready to feel some relief and I’m praying this will help me !!! I was wondering I did also get the cleanse tea. Can I take this along with the aniexty tea ??
