Going to be vulnerable and put this out there, I did Phase 1 lower body workout today after 5 weeks of not being to the gym due to sickness then injury (not gym related) and WHOAH, that was a workout!! Not sure if I just became very unfit in that timeframe or if the workout was more full on than I’m used to but I tell u, I had moments where I had to physically lean on something to take my rest break 😮💨 Did anyone else find that or was it just me?? 🫣
