I wasn’t able to attend the sessions last week, but I just watched Day 1. I’m at an ok level of protein (70-90g/day). This is something that I have been working on increasing, while still maintaining good digestion (I get really constipated if I go too high in protein too fast). Sugar is the one that I struggle to reduce the most… (I’m already dairy free and mostly gluten and corn free). I do find soy a bit hard because of how many things it’s hidden in… and living in Asia, it’s a staple! My main issues are cortisol and insulin, and I appreciated what Dr. Nancy spoke to with the triangle, because it was my sex hormones that got me started on the inquiry. So I’m looking forward to learning more over the next few days! (I’m pretty sure my nervous system is deregulated).
