Day 2 reaffirmed what I already suspected about being in a state of functional freeze. It also reaffirmed that a lot of the things I’m doing (being strict on sleeping habits, turning phone off at least 1 hour before bed, doing breath work etc) are all helping me. My too highest scores were A and B, but the androgens also scored 6.
And I also eat more or less in the circadian rhythm, usually stopping food by 7:30 pm, and then having breakfast around 8:30 am give or take (I wake up around 6:45 am). But I don’t usually wake up feeling rested (that would be closer to 7:30 if I didn’t have to get to work…)
