Food lists for day 1??
Hey! I have looked through the hormone reset workbook, but I don’t see the pages with the foods listed in different colours for the inventory. Did I miss something? In general, my cupboards are a bit bare right now, as I need to go shopping 😆, but I know that there is definitely more sugar (in the form of dark chocolate) than I probably should be eating
