You almost assume that they're going to answer you with the "Yes, thats my property on 123 main street" But instead they might hit you with a make a offer now, and that makes you skip steps in your script
Rental Question
Question for any landlords - how do you all navigate financial invoices that involve neighboring homeowners? (I.e. a tree on their property caused damage to my rental & they don't want to pay to remove it)
