Week 2 Heist 🎃
Last week was a 6/10 for me. I didn’t track my calories well enough, replaced some of the Phys sessions with Run’s (Marathon in just over 2 weeks). Also, didn’t drink nearly enough water. Is this over critical, maybe, but I am accountable for my actions and must do a bit better 🫡 The support on here is immense 🙌🏻 thank you Team TC Community 🏃🏻‍♂️🙌🏻

Good Morning, Made 10000 steps non negotiable, why I didn’t keep this going I don’t know. My evening walks have been perfect to reflect on the day. Which is really helping with the stressors I have going on at university. Been getting on my bike more regularly, alarm went off at 0520 today, kit was laid out and ready to go the night before which made it easy to get up and go.
