Hi All, be keen to get some feedback on my shots. Struggle a lot with the side shots, think my upper body is crazy tight. Thanks

i think the big one for you bro is getting some X frame into the poses. Angling a foot at 45 degrees and putting the bodyweight on that leg in your FDB will help alot, bend down on the knees a little bit and bring your elbows forward in the pose a touch to make the chest look fuller. #Front Double Bicep check how i hit it here. The side chest also just need to stand taller bro, head should align with your back left heel

Stage Ready Posing takes time to nail !
So i just got done with visiting a show today being with a client. Watching it made me realise just how much you really need to practise posing. Posing for instagram, for pics you send to your coach etc is so different to posing on stage. Heres what you notice on stage when you havnt practised enough. πŸ‘‰ You look uncomfortable - which makes the audience feel awkward πŸ‘‰ You are not holding poses through out the entire time on stage, you fidget, move and shuffle in the pose. Which means the judge cant appreciate the pose. πŸ‘‰ You take to much time getting in to the pose because you are still unsure, you havnt taken the time to practise enough so that your body does it on autopilot And lastly, you just aren't as good as you think you are at posing. This can all be fixed by more practise. and practising with intent. You HAVE to put the work in, we are bodybuilders, posing is the game of our sport. We have to nail it on the day or all that hard work can be wasted. I saw multiple placings today that could have been flip flopped had the athletes posed better. Take this shit serious, and we can improve together. You got literally nothing to lose - if you want more help. Video feedback and access to live calls (we dont offer that in this community) click this link πŸ‘‰ #Ready to level up? ⚑️

SIDE CHEST - NO GAPS
One of the biggest things when trying to create a solid look on your side chest is having no gaps. When you have gaps, it shows weakness, it gives the illusion you have a lack of muscle. We are trying to do the opposite, we are trying to offer the illusion that we are always bigger than we are. The bigger we look the better. 😀 So two things that will ensure that you create a thicker look to this pose are: 1️⃣ Ensure you are standing SIDE ON. When you rotate around to much then your are opening yourself to gaps. 2️⃣ Ensure the back elbow is tucked in nicely against the mid section. Again this removes that gap most people have on the far side. Dusan below is showing us those 2 steps put into practise and how it can improve the look. Need more help with this like Dusan did? Creating an X-frame in Abdominals Thigh
One of the big things that people dont understand is how to get those lats flaring in an Ab n Thigh. It can be a tricky one for sure. The MAIN thing to understand is that your arms must be externally rotated at the shoulder when you put your arms up over your head. Ive grabbed a quick clip from one of our live academy calls for you guys to explain it further Watch the video below πŸ‘‡ …and if you want further help improving this shot like Rhys here then click this > #Ready to level up? ⚑️
