Creating an X-frame in Abdominals Thigh
One of the big things that people dont understand is how to get those lats flaring in an Ab n Thigh.
It can be a tricky one for sure.
The MAIN thing to understand is that your arms must be externally rotated at the shoulder when you put your arms up over your head.
