Which do you guys prefer for building voice agents and why?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ASABxNenD_U&ab_channel=YCombinator There are a number of references to Vapi, retel etc. My thoughts on this are the main players in the saas verticals (in the short term) like sales force, marketo, hubspot, close etc will all have dynamic teams that can be spun up and down based on demands - sales, support etc. They will be tired on demand pricing based on volume of assistants needed. The other interesting ways this will be combined iis likely with AI and DAO (decentralised autonomous organisations), this will be quite a mad combo of blockchain and ai that can could be an organisation with the sole purpose of solving a complex human centric problem that is self learning.

It's for a Voice assistant for a Barbershop using Vapi and then Google sh basic data like name, phone number and date of appointment. I make the call in Vapi and then run the scenario in Make.com but there's no data in the Google sheet that I'm using. Any thoughts on fixing this?
