Welcome @Michael Agrusso
Stop Guessing! Identify Your True Ideal Client
One of the biggest mistakes people make when starting a business is thinking they already know who their ideal client is. They might have an idea, but most haven’t looked closely enough. Knowing your client is a huge part of building a business that works. When you’re clear on who needs your help the most, you can connect with them more easily, make better offers, and build strong, lasting relationships. Here’s how to get really clear on your ideal client: 🌟Focus on Problems, Not Just People: Think about what problems people in your market face. Then ask, “Which of these problems can I solve best?” This helps you get more specific about who you’re here to help. 🌟Talk to Real People: It’s important to have real conversations with potential clients. When you listen to people talk about their problems, you’ll learn more about what they need and how you can help. 🌟Try, Learn, and Improve: Your ideal client might change as you get new clients. Notice which clients are the best fit and why. Then, use what you learn to make your client profile even clearer. 🌟Don’t Try to Help Everyone: When you focus on a specific type of client, you get known for your skills in that area. Saying “no” to clients who aren’t a great fit can help you build a stronger reputation and do your best work. If you’d like more help with this, my Business Growth Essentials mentoring sessions will show you how to define, reach, and win over the clients who need you most. Message me for details or follow this link. I've got a special Black Friday Deal going on you may want to take advantage of.

I agree -- niche, niche, niche...
Introduction - AI image generation coach, trainer, creator, and AI rabbit hole navigator.
Currently, I specialize in AI AI image generation techniques and operations for marketing. Working backward - previously I... -- Co-founded a research company focused on pre-ranking marketing images and packaging (mostly wine labels). -- Co-founded the world's first venture-backed email marketing services company -- founded a TV infomercial production company (anyone remember Thighmaster?) -- directed TV commercials for McDonalds, Chrysler, PGA Golf Tour... -- was a globe-trotting advertising photographer for 25 years working from bases in NY, then London, then NY, and finally Los Angeles -- I was a specialist at large productions with tight timelines (projects included 6+ years with the Marlboro cowboys -- a week with a feisty bull for Merrill Lynch to fill every ad space in an entire issue of Fortune Magazine -- and spending hundreds on sunrises and sunsets on exotic beaches with beautiful models.) Why did I join the Fractional Referral Network? What am I hoping to get out of membership? I want to grow my knowledge of how members view AI in general and how members feel that AI image generation might be incorporated into their practices. OK - enough about me and my 'boring past' -- I am ready to listen and, if requested, share my thoughts on how members can benefit from the evolving business changes that AI is already responsible for. @Bryan Olson... and Thighmaster wouldn’t have been as successful without the delightful and patient Suzanne Somers and the direct response TV marketing genius Peter Bieler who produced the advertising… and hired me!

@Nishat Jones Same here. Have a great weekend.
AI AI AI...oh my!
I had to create a fun title to drive engagement (or I wouldn't be a CMO)! There are many new members and a few AI specialists. If you are actively using AI (which I hope everyone is), please share your top 3-5 AI tools. I have listed a few that I use and attached a list that was shared with me of over 500 AI tools! 1. Content: ChatGPT 2. Images: Dreamer 3. Presentations: Gamma 4. Logos: Looka

1. Content: ChatGPT - my goto idea dev and feedback engine 2. Images: Dreamer - don't know this one - Midjourney is hands down the best AI image generator available today for realistic images - Dall-E is very good for illustrative images 3. Presentations: Gamma - just started digging into Gamma and love the ability to create a presentation, clone it and convert the clone into a web page or an entire website 4. Logos: Looka - don't know
