Learning how to control your breath is extremely important as a catcher and a baseball player. It allows you to slow the game down, be in the moment and slow your heart rate allowing you to play free. Are you consciously breathing throughout the game? What are some breathing methods you guys use?

❗Click the PDF below and get started. This is by far the best shoulder workout you can do. It hits every part of the shoulder with low risk of injury. Best performed with 3-5 lbs dumbells. Do not go over 8lbs. Trust me. You will be burning and it will be a challenge to get through it. The goal is to do a minimum of 1 set each exercise continuously through without any breaks in between each exercise. You can always do more than 1 set!
