This is by far the best shoulder workout you can do. It hits every part of the shoulder with low risk of injury.
Best performed with 3-5 lbs dumbells. Do not go over 8lbs.
Trust me. You will be burning and it will be a challenge to get through it.
The goal is to do a minimum of 1 set each exercise continuously through without any breaks in between each exercise. You can always do more than 1 set!
This is my go to workout when my arm is sore or hanging, always feels incredible after I do it.
