Anybody banking with SoFi?
Hi there folks! I am currently banking with BMO and I have no complains since I been working with them for over 4 years now. Due Soon: IRS Form 941.
I established my multi-member LLC this past April, and I recently received an email from an accounting firm telling me that I missed the April 30 deadline, with the next one approaching on July 31st. Although I haven't started operations, it appears I may already owe money to the IRS. 💸💸 Are you guys submitting this form every quarter, or should I disregard this notice?

Thank you so much for the reply, Paola. It looks so far that it does not fully apply and most likely is an automated reminder. I just stablished my LLC this past April so I should be filing my 1065 around March next year.

How to get a "US physical address"???
Hey guys! I already have an online business, Mercury account, and all the good stuff. I found about James on YouTube after looking for ways to get a "us physical address" for my business. Mercury asked for another "physical address" because they are no longer accepting mailcenters, po boxes, and registered agents. The address that I have is from iPostal1. Do you have any advice? I'm planning on using the address from the business I use to bring back to my country all the things I shop on Amazon. The truth is that I have no physical presence in the US.

Looks like more and more banks are no longer working with "virtual addresses", like AnytimeMailbox, for both personal and business accounts. I was banking with Wells Fargo for my personal account, and they sent me a letter asking me to update my address, so I decided to do business with BMO bank. At the moment, BMO has no issues with my "virtual address" for my personal account. I stablished my LLC few days ago, so I will try to open my business account with them to see if everything goes fine. Keep you guys updated. Greetings from Peru 💪

Is a newspaper publication still mandatory in your state?
I recently came across an article from the US Small Business Administration indicating that in many states, including New Mexico, there's a requirement for new businesses to publish a public notice in a local newspaper. I registered my LLC in New Mexico a few days ago and I'm curious if similar requirements exist in other states.
