Due Soon: IRS Form 941.
I established my multi-member LLC this past April, and I recently received an email from an accounting firm telling me that I missed the April 30 deadline, with the next one approaching on July 31st.
Although I haven't started operations, it appears I may already owe money to the IRS. 馃捀馃捀
Are you guys submitting this form every quarter, or should I disregard this notice?
