I got the attached notice on my Mercury Dashboard asking me for a US legal address. I have no US presence and Mercury serves business owners with no US presence but who do have US operations. What do they mean with "US legal address"? How is this different from a "US physical address"? Is it the same? This is starting to get confusing...

Hey all! Sorry I haven't been around much but I've been working on these new rules about the addresses. In short, check out the last three videos I put on the channel. I have move coming. Mercury For this the virtual business address has still been working but you need proof of your home address. The home address can be foreign from what I've seen. Relayfi They require at least one physical address in the US. If you have residential in US then you can use a virtual address. If you don't have US residential address then you need a real business address. It is possible that anytime mailbox (the right address) could work for this. For my clients, I have a bunch of clients in the US and we are using different physical addresses in Miami. It's annoying to track but it allows the clients (new clients) of mine to get relayfi accounts. I'm still exploring how to get residential addresses but have a video of that coming as well. A lot of this is trial and error and stay tuned I am researching and sharing more.

Hello Friends, my Virtual Adress Service of my Registered Agent doesn´t offer international mail forwarding to overseas 😑. my clients and i myself need to receive the Debitcard from Relay outside of the US. i have no Clue how to solve this Problem. i´ve already talked with Registered Agent and Relay, there is no possibility for them to ship it overseas. Anyboday has an i Idea or can support in this case ? i really appreciate your help🙏 best Muzaffer

So I'm currently in the process of opening a RelayFi account with James' link and everything's going well EXCEPT that Relay asked for proof of my physical address in the form of a bank statement or utility bill. The want to see my name/business and the address I registered in the application. I used my iPostal1 address which is a "Digital Mailbox Service" (according to them) although they provide you with a real physical street address. For the ones who have a RelayFi bank account... how did you verify this? Any support is highly appreciated 🙏🏼
