PROOF of physical address for RelayFi

So I'm currently in the process of opening a RelayFi account with James' link and everything's going well EXCEPT that Relay asked for proof of my physical address in the form of a bank statement or utility bill. The want to see my name/business and the address I registered in the application.

I used my iPostal1 address which is a "Digital Mailbox Service" (according to them) although they provide you with a real physical street address.

For the ones who have a RelayFi bank account... how did you verify this?
