1040-NR
If I have an ITIN, am I required to report all my US Multi-Member LLC earnings on a 1040-NR every year? if so does that change my tax obligations ( considering I have no ECI)

@Peter A hi there, this might help you: https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-publication-519
Tax Forms - W9 or W8BEN
I'm a non-US resident/citizen and want to receive funds to my US-based single-member LLC. The company is giving an option between Form W9 (US Resident/Resident Alien) or Form W8-BEN (Non-US Resident) Which one should I choose?

@H H hey there, these forms have instructions to them. They have a lot of information there, and you should read it in order to familiarize yourself with the rules. In a nut shell, if you are not a US resident/citizen and you have a SMLLC in the US, you cannot use W9. Having said that, if you use w8-Ben, withholding might apply unless you indicate a tax treaty if any (depending if you live in a treaty country). Good luck!
Verification of Form 5472 and 1120 Submission Status
I submitted Form 5472 and Form 1120 to the IRS in April as a non-resident. How can I check if my filings have been accepted? Additionally, how can I find out if there are any penalties or issues? Any guidance on verifying the status of these submissions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

@Basit Gilani yas, but typically, you do not hear from the IRS, unless there is a problem.

Getting US E2 Visa and Hiring Employees do I have to pay Taxes?
I am starting my US E2 visa application process and I have found that we have to hire a local US citizen. Since for the application we are showing investment in my US business which is already running would I be liable to pay Taxes after I hire someone in the US an employee?

Most likely yes due to permanent establishment, unless there is a text treaty in place.
Sales tax in the US.
Hey guys I was research about selling online and selas tax on but something is not clear to me. If I am a foreign owner of a Wyoming registered LLC with no physical or economic presence. Do I have to register for a seals tax permit before I start selling online?

@Gavin Joseph each state has its own nexus rules. I would suggest for you to go to the Department of Revenue of the states you will ship to and see the requirements there. Good luck
