My three takeaways from this video: 1) Never would I have considered alcohol to be a nutrient. 2) If the focus is on body recomposition the best is to focus on protein for breakfast and Carbs. 3) The importance of protein and starting you plate and snacks around them. Not that this is brand new news, but I have been focusing on the protein at each meal so that I'm getting it in throughout the day. My Fitness Pal is downloaded and in use!!!
