If you have an overall consistent Eating routine, that is times each day you eat specific meals, you can improve your success rate for Sports Nutrition to be ⬆️. If you overall consistently aim to eat food from home, including snacks, and try to plan ahead these things, you can improve your success rate for Sports Nutrition to be ⬆️. Even if imperfect. These 2 things will help you a lot as you learn to improve what all it is you eat.

Getting better is a lifestyle
You work hard on the court, track or field. Practices, Lessons, Games, Strength training. You know what else might be holding you back? Not treating the other hours of the day with the same respect you do your sport. -Academics -Sleep/Recovery -Nutrition -Stress Management Yes, you'll have days where something on this list takes a backseat but if you don't have ANY routine and system to tackle the minimum in these areas on a consistent basis, you won't ever be able to tackle them at a higher level. And that will eventually add up to. I'm here to help with the those things as well.
