Accounting Platform recommendations
Accounting platforms? What platform do you recommend for manufacturing, sales orders, PO’s, AR, AP GL, Banking, PR?? Is quickBooks enterprise reliable? Thank you for your help

QB Enterprise can certainly handle all that. Intuit is transitioning to their online version of QB, and it is always getting better. It can also handle everything you are looking for. I’d recommend that above enterprise, because it will be less expensive and you won’t get caught having to transition to it when Intuit discontinues enterprise.

Hi everyone! In my day job, I’m responsible for overseeing the location of my business. While I report directly to my boss and follow their directives, I’m in charge of keeping the location running smoothly. I’m looking for tips and strategies on how to stay organized and handle administrative tasks effectively. How do you all manage location responsibilities? Any tools or systems that you find particularly helpful? I would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! Thanks in advance!

Delegation is critical in multiple locations. To delegate effectively you need to be able to replicate your tasks through documentation and use that to delegate to people who you can rely on to follow those procedures. You will also need a feedback loop. That is, you will need some kind of reporting mechanism to let you know what the results are of the activities you are managing. Use Key Performance Indicators (KPI)s. This could be through software, or by using manual reporting of some kind. It all depends on the resources you have available. Hire well, getting people who are in alignment with the vision of the leadership and sense of purpose. I said a lot there, but that is what I suggest, in a nutshell.
