I feel the most in control when I have meal plans and my lunches for the week are prepped. I feel the least in control when I’m really stressed out and anxious about something.

Hi! I’m Jessica Eastman from Avon, IN. I started my health journey during COVID and have been off and on since then. I’m excited about the accountability and hopefully getting through this plateau that I’ve been stuck in for a while.
