Your Impactful Story - Workshop Evolution
Thanks to all who showed for today’s workshop! As Brave Academy evolves and more of you are ready to develop and share your story, we’re going to need practice and feedback sessions. 1:1 coaching is great for that, but so will the “Fireside Feedback” sessions I’ll be putting on the calendar. Your talks need to get out in the open and be rehearsed and developed to make your time speaking as impactful as possible. Not only that, but getting the chance to get true constructive feedback is an excellent way to build up your brave and help others do the same. You don’t have to deliver the be all end all talk of your life right away. Just get things out, see how it feels, then work with it, or try something else! This is as much a process of self discovery as it is one of public visibility. Try out the 5 minute Talk Chat GPT tool I created to get you moving. Link in the comments!

Let the introductions begin...
Hi there! I’m Ambra – writer, speaker and founder of Brave Speaker Academy. I’m on a mission to help my community members step into their bravest selves and find the confidence to share their message in a way that feels real and unique. In addition to leading Brave Speaker Academy, I’m also a co-founder of Empoweress Poetry Press, where I help amplify voices through creative writing and storytelling. For 4.5 years I’ve had the privilege of supporting thousands of students to achieve their mindset and business goals in Tom Bilyeu’s community at Impact Theory. I’ve hosted live virtual events for hundreds, spoken at corporate conferences, and even delivered my own TEDx talk. Through Brave Speaker Academy, I combine my passion for coaching and community building to help others overcome their fears and step into the spotlight—whether that’s in front of a live audience, on camera, or in everyday life. I believe that when you invite bravery actively into your life, your voice becomes unstoppable! My motto: Bravery is a breath away. (Your turn! Share a little about yourself - then tag your post under "Introductions".)

Hey there brave kings and queens, I'm Jen Silbert and I'm so pumped💪 to be here! 🌎 Born in Wisconsin but call Maryland home 🌟 I am a confidence coach and have a SKOOL community for good girls called Good Girl Gone Bold Business Builders where I help good girls come out from hiding, own their voice to build a bold, authentic business. 🚨 My top goal this month is to launch my signature program B.O.L.D Blueprint for Good Girls and get more visible with a longer term goal of speaking on more stages IRL. 😁 One interesting fact about myself: I'm a US Army veteran who spent years in the government world teaching on stages about horriblly uninteresting (but important) topics and was told to get "thicker skin" to handle criticism after my presentations. 🎉For fun I like to reinvent my fav baked goods with healthier ingredients (and I LOVE playing with AI)
Find Your Voice workshop content
Thank you to all who came to the first of our Brave Beginner Series today! Recorded Content will be available in the classroom at a later date. We have a little homework, the Create Your 5 Minute Talk with Chat GPT tool, and I also recorded a short visualization for you, which we did not do during the workshop. Listen and comment your thoughts on any of the above! Homework: (choose or do all depending on your greatest present need) MESSAGE: Purpose & Audience Clarity - Write a “letter to your future audience” explaining why you want to speak and what you hope to achieve. - OR - Imagine you have one sentence to convey something important to a stranger in a coffee shop or elevator. Something you can practice and feel confident with! MINDSET: Voice Declaration - Craft a brief, personal “Voice Declaration.” - “My voice is powerful because…” and finish with a call to action or intention, e.g., “I will speak to inspire courage in others.” TAKING ACTION: Create a 5 minute talk! - Create a talk - don’t be precious about it - Don’t judge where you are starting from.  See comments!!

November's Brave Beginning Speaker Series
It's November! All month you'll be getting access to new content and calls for this series - some of the last FREE content we'll be covering in this community. If you know anyone to invite who wants to grow their ability to speak, express and know their own voice - get them in before the community converts to paid. Anyone is welcome - we just need you to engage. NOTE: Anyone who has not made it to at least Level 2 by the end of this month will be REMOVED from the community. So, here's what you can look forward to this month's Beginning Speaker Series: Workshop 1: Finding Your Voice (SUNDAY November 10 : 11am PST ) In collaboration with Heartfelt Creatives. This foundational workshop will help you uncover your unique voice, exploring the power and potential of speaking authentically. Through guided exercises and reflection, you'll begin connecting with your inner voice, laying the groundwork for confident and impactful expression. Workshop 2: Building Your Brave: Overcoming Speaking Fears (THURSDAY November 14 : 6pm PST) This workshop focuses on managing the anxieties and fears that often accompany public speaking. You'll learn practical tools to build inner resilience and gain the confidence to speak in any setting, whether on stage or in a meeting. Workshop 3: Expressing Your Story: Sharing with Impact (THURSDAY November 19 : 6pm PST) In this final workshop, you will learn how to shape and share their stories with impact. Develop skills for connecting with an audience, structuring your messages, and speaking with authenticity, leaving a memorable impression. If you can breathe, you can speak. Bravery’s just a breath away! XO Ambra

BRAVE actions of the week!
What are yours? Here's a chance to move up the ranks here at Brave Speaker Academy - just comment something brave you've done this week, or commit to something. This week I bravely brought some vulnerabilities to light - and so glad I did. The ensuing conversations helped move things along to feeling stronger, more capable, and sure of things. Why is this important? Because where we hide from ourselves is where we cannot express what's happening, and where we don't crack open, the light can't get in - or out. (Comment & post to continue leveling up. Limited content coming soon!)

Yay you! I did brave by rejecting rejection, choosing me and leaving a situation without even saying good-bye. So unlike me. I usually tough out uncomfortable situations in social settings because of social etiquette beliefs, manners. But knowing I can make a choice for myself and following through on it was empowering, albeit felt weird at first. But noone noticed, the world kept spinning and I spared myself unnecessary anguish, time and energy. Yay for brave!
