If you do NOT have goals set, then how do you know what you should be working towards? You have to CAPTAIN the ship, otherwise you're a boat just bobbin' around in the water with no direction. I have 10 days til my Pruvit event and I want to look my best... Here's my standards: SELF CARE - Refining my boundaries, working on NOT being on social media NUTRITION - low carb, clean eating, mostly protein HYDRATION - 3L water daily SLEEP -- gotta be better about sleeping before 11PM - prioritize sleep/no screens 9PM MOVEMENT -- 4x workout this week, PF 2x I'd love to see YOURs in the comments!
