I remember something about setting realistic step by step goals for your health. If you set realistic goals that makes it more likely that you will follow through on those goals right?

My goals are to work on my healthy habits, like eating healthier, getting enough hydration and getting more exercise and getting enough sleep. Those will all play a role in my overall health.
Check in + call update
We are halfway through the week and month! Are you happy with your choices? Are you meeting your minimum standards? What can you be proud of? What needs improvement? I also need to shift call to next week, I have a double booking with a monthly call and at I can’t get out of it. So we will have close the month and set up for success for May week!

One thing I give myself credit for is going to a water exercise class yesterday. The more I use positive reinforcement the more I will make those good habits happen.

I had coffee with 1 percent milk, Sunny D and oatmeal for breakfast, chili with some cheddar cheese and almonds for lunch and will have a burger patty with cheese, onions and thousand island dressing for dinner. Aside from the vitamin c I found out Sunny D is a little high in carbs. Et tu, Sunny D?

@Mandy Podlesny They were the only options I had at home besides yogurt. I need to be more mindful when grocery shopping it looks like.
Monday Fun-Day!
What are you goals this week? What are your non-negotiable minimum standard to achieve? Are your decisions this week going to be in SUPPORT of or move you AWAY FROM your goals. If you are OVERLOOKING the answers to these questions and still struggling with your consistency -- THIS my darling, is why. If you do NOT have goals set, then how do you know what you should be working towards? You have to CAPTAIN the ship, otherwise you're a boat just bobbin' around in the water with no direction. I have 10 days til my Pruvit event and I want to look my best... Here's my standards: SELF CARE - Refining my boundaries, working on NOT being on social media NUTRITION - low carb, clean eating, mostly protein HYDRATION - 3L water daily SLEEP -- gotta be better about sleeping before 11PM - prioritize sleep/no screens 9PM MOVEMENT -- 4x workout this week, PF 2x I'd love to see YOURs in the comments!
