I find very little information of how to build a team for an agency. I don't know where I can find people online that are wanting to work for an agency and people that would work together. I am less looking for a freelancer but someone that I can trust and build a relationship with. This may be thinking to ahead but I was also confused on payments. How much do I pay, for example.(This entire question may be thinking to far in the future as I have yet to get my first client)

Hello! Just wanted to share ways how to learn advertisement without the need of going through those 12 Hour Courses online. When I had to learn Facebook ads and the general way of advertising to deliver results to my first SMMA client I didn't have enough time to go through those 12-hour courses online, so here is what I did to learn it as quickly as I could: YouTube: Channels like Ben Heath's etc have 10-minute tutorials on the topic of Facebook ads, strategies, how to use the platforms, important updates, etc, but instead of just watching them, I highly recommend you always take notes of them and go through them later on. You can watch Ben Heath's one-hour guides to understand and know what each option in the ads manager is for and when to use it and how to use it. Books: Breakthrough Advertisement is the best book written on advertisement, you can find PDFs of it online. Sell like crazy is a pretty good book as well. Copywriting: You need to have good copywriting skills in order to catch the prospect's attention and get them to read your ad, every line written on your ad has the responsibility to make the reader read the next line and so forth. You can check out swipe.co and take a look at the ads and write them down on a piece of paper for practice other than that you can just practice in your niche by writing down an ad copy of the certain product.

I'm Abdul Wassi, As an agency owner, currently have one e-commerce client in my country, I'm doing FB ads for them, and as for niche, I think that's the thing I'm most struggling with but after sending only 10 DMS to a lot of niches I've narrowed it down to car rental and painters, I sucked at consistent and volume outreach so I started it properly a few days ago and it's going so far so good. (50 DMS IG) The things I want to get from the community are, accountability, helping them, doing calls and having discussions with them, and sharing resources, I was struggling with fb ads a lot, and a few kind people helped me out so I want to do the same and help as much as I can regarding fb ads or anything in general. Well, for fun I used to do a few things which were very bad for me so I left them, that being, playing video games, too much anime, and Instagram. now I don't really have anything for fun since I don't go to school, yes I do play with my dog which helps out a lot because at the end of the day when you go outside and there is someone smiling at you, that helps a lot in the journey. that's all, thank you.
