I'm gonna explain it as simple as I can: If you're having trouble doing 50 IG dms per day at the start then you should start with any amount that you are comfortable with, let's say 10, it's better to do 10 DMS from Monday to Friday rather than do 50 DMS on Friday, why is that? Because just like the gym, you are progressively overloading the reps (DMS) and enabling yourself to increase the number and stick to it consistently without any trouble. Here is a plan that you can use: 10 DMS for 5 days then for the next set of 5 days you will do 20 and so forth till you get to 50, you can apply the same plan to cold calls and emails. (Even this plan won't be easy for you, even though it is pretty simple, some days you might not feel like doing 10 DMS "Pfft it's just 10 DMS who cares ill do 20 tomorrow." but you have to push through to stimulate growth, just like lifting weights, when you're doing a barbell curl, you have to go to failure on the last set to stimulate growth in your biceps") Good luck on your journey!
