What a find while moving
We just moved house from Spain back to the UK and in all my books that i have missed so much, I managed to come across these beauts that I bought around 20 years ago. Does anyone else have any legendary pages??

Tai Chi, kundalini and what you use?
Through my practice of yang style tai chi and qi gong. I found that using present state meditations is very different to the internal state that i practiced in kundalini meditation, cobra breath, and other breath work exercises that strengthen deep spiritual connection and experieces. Tai chi and qi gong keep me in the present moment with very grounding experiences. I love both even though they produce very different results and benefits. I still use all of them very regularly, but i personally have used present state a lot more to connect with my life as it is and expand my energy and vitality. I would love to know what is it that you use to enhance vitality, raise frequency, and strengthen spiritual connection?

Please enlighten me!
I wish to understand the history if anyone can help deepen my understanding. Wushu, kung fu, wing chun. I have trained and conversed with European Wushu champion Steve Coleman a few times before. What stuck with me was that he told me kung fu as it is came from the sport wushu standardised in early 1900s after its re invention and the opportunity for tourism to the old shaolin temples. And i understan wing chun to be created by a nun in the 17century after women were band from martial practice suposidly originated from kung fu (origional concepts) as a way to overpower strength with technique. Does anyone here have any information on the history and timeline of the development or use of terms, and differences between these arts snd can clear up my understanding? Thank you guys!🙏

@Carlson Yan its great that someone with so much knowledge is willing to create something like this. The world is mussing community. And as the umberella of wing chun helps guide people to find themselves and their own mastery of martial and spiritual form it can only be accredited to those willing to do something like this and the people (like yourself) willing to put themselves forward to keep it alive and guide

@Dave Ellis i believe to encourage true development and a great relationship it needs a drop of ego from master and student to understand different development speeds and understanding that everyone is always a student as there is always something to learn or get better at. 🙏🙏
Hey all!
My name is Jason. I am a bit of a distance from Auz where Sifu is from and has been a while since I touched upon any martial art. After having to focus on raising 4 kids, building a business to sustain life and exploring the world, I feel it is time to find my passion for the arts again. I always loved wing chun and kung fu and finding this community has lead me to explore the wing chun further. I am looking forward to learning, and hopefully adding some form of value as I progress! 🙏
