Rate my Calisthenics plan pls
So my goal is to build muscle and learn new skills. I’m on bulk rn and I didn’t knew how should I plan my workouts for my goals so I ask you guys and you gave me advice to focus on skills and do some hypertophy exercises on the end of my workout So there is my question: what do you guys think about this plan knowing that my goal is to learn skills and build muscle on bulk? Answering some question for context: -I’m an intermediate in calisthenics(my hardest is Frontlever) -even if I’m training for some time, I’m not really sure what I should do for the best results mostly because of all that social medias -first round is trying skills, second one are exercises that should make me stronger for these skills And third one are hypertrophy exercises -on tuck planche push ups reps are 345, that means that first set is 3 reps, second is 4 reps and third is 5 reps, this is chris heria method on learning planche and this is superset made out of tuck press, tuck push ups and tuck hold thats why so little bit of reps -These workouts are most likely to be done on rings
